Position Details:
Position: Cashier/Server
Type: Full-time
Shift: Evening (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
Weekly Off: 1 day off per week
Requirements:
Previous 3 months of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in conversational English.
Ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills and maintain a positive disposition throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
Familiarize yourself with the restaurant's menu and cooking details to provide exceptional service in English.
Bring a positive and energetic attitude to work.
Assist kitchen staff in preparing drinks.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive hourly wage of 25,000 VND to 30,000 VND per hour, depending on experience.
Monthly performance bonus based on profitability.
Initial 2-month probationary period with 80% of the salary.
