Position: Office worker
Location: Ho Chi Minh city, office at District 2 or remote work from home
Minimum Academic: University Graduate Majoring in International Business
Work hours: full-time with flexible hours, average 37.5 hours / week
Salary: negotiable based on experience
Industry: Removal Services of Used household goods and personal effects
Tasks in general:
- Replying to sales leads
- Pricing & quoting
- Customer service
- Global move coordination & consulting
- Filing: store documents into archive folders, upload documents onto Move Management system
- Invoicing: handle purchase invoices, input invoice data to billing system, send invoices to partners
- Representing to our partners to support customers and stakeholders globally
- Any other tasks and services mutually agreed upon

Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
- Minimum 2 years in office work with computer, team-working, customer services and communication
- Work efficiently in MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)
