1. Job Description: Provide coordination and administrative duties for sales manager to offer customers speedy and professional.
2. Essential Duties:
- Send required documents i.e. request for profile, offer, contract to the customer.
- Maintain and demonstrate professional work ethics towards customers, team members, supervisors and management.
- Assist sales manager with any other duties requested.
- Assist sales manager with reporting.
- Identify potential clients in industries related to international economics through market research.
3. Required:
- Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, extravert personality, creative.
- Problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Good listening skill.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Qualifications.
- Diploma in Foreign Trade, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, International Business or related field preferred.
- Demonstrate adaptability and ability to learn.
- 1 years experience in the related field is preferred but not must.
